The pre-dinner aperitif Aperol Spritz has been regaining it's popularity over the last couple of years. By now nothing screams summer more than the distinctive orange color. The vibrant and refreshing drink is a must for me in long summer nights in Copenhagen. The pulsing city that awakes with the increasing warmth and the sun that doesn't seem to stop lighting up the surrounding no matter the time of day/night is captured inside this drink.
